Small and local, Ernestography does not have lengthy policies but we would like everyone to read these disclaimers before booking so that we can protect ourselves against sisters burying their brothers under leaves and more.

Liability

- We are not responsible for any rescheduling changes that may need to be made due to weather conditions.
- We are not responsible for any circumstances beyond our control which may affect any service, class, photoshoot, event due to, but not limited to, a car accident, sudden illness, equipment failure and so on.
- We are not responsible for any injuries, falls, bumps, bruises and so on during any of our services, events or photoshoots.

Refunds

- All sales are final.
- If you miss a date, we always do our best to work things out and in virtually all cases, rescheduling has never been a problem. The credit can even be applied to other services. We just ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

Copyright

- You receive a personal copyright release when purchasing any images. This means you can print as many as you like for personal use only. You may not use any of the images commercially. You can not sell or licence them without permission.
- We retain all copyrights to all images.
- When hiring our services, you give your permission to be photographed and do not dispute or compete any ownership or use of the images taken.
